Our caregivers provide non-medical help with activities of daily living in the comfort of home. Based on the member’s authorized care plan, services may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. We coordinate authorized care for eligible Medicaid and MI Choice members across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Monroe counties.
